What makes a career here so different?
Life at Salisbury House Wealth is varied, rewarding, challenging, and fun. We shift people’s financial futures, inspire change, and grow together as a team.
Many of our team members have been with us for a good portion of their careers, growing and developing together. We allow them to make a positive impact on families, share in the passion of financial education, and, above all, make a real difference.
At the core of our business are our four values:
- Nurturing relationships: We’re grounded in trust, transparency, and collaboration with clients and colleagues.
- Navigating futures: We guide clients through complex financial landscapes with clarity and expertise.
- Client-centred excellence: We place our clients’ distinct requirements at the forefront, shaping their futures with personalised advice and outstanding service.
- Thriving together: We're dedicated to our serious pursuit of excellence, making each step an enjoyable journey for our team and clients, reminding ourselves that true impact is measured by the value we bring.
Promoting and training from within
The future of financial advice starts with us, which is why we’re dedicated to training the next generation of paraplanners and financial planners. Since 2013, we’ve recruited trainee planners and supported them through their level 4 financial planner apprenticeships, with training delivered in partnership with Skills Edge from 2024.
By the end of their 22-month apprenticeship, our trainees will have attained their professional qualifications, ready to start their on-the-road training with our existing financial planners as they progress to Chartered status and ultimately take on their own clients.
"The apprenticeship offers far more than a degree. By putting us into real-world situations, we’re constantly learning, adapting, and growing, gaining invaluable experience at the same time."
