It’s all about understanding you at this stage. We can’t create a plan without seeing the full picture and having all the information we need. Your goals, both now and in the future, form the foundation of the plan we build.

Planning for the future requires looking at your current position and how you arrived there. By taking this step back and reviewing your past, we will make recommendations based on the type of product that will best suit your needs.
Once we’ve completed this stage, we shift our focus forward again and start to connect the dots.

Nothing is set in stone at this stage, so we will outline potential strategies which will get you where you want to be. We find it helps our clients to see various scenarios based on different outcomes, because life rarely follows a single, straight path.

I applied for the Client Support Manager role and went through every stage of the process an interview with the recruiter, an interview with the hiring manager, an online test, and a final face-to-face interview. After completing everything, I heard nothing for four weeks. My recruiter then received a short email saying, “Thank you for your interest, but the role has now been filled.” I followed up with Anja and Colin for feedback but never received a reply. It’s very disappointing after investing so much time and effort. It’s unacceptable and disappointing that a company would treat individuals like this after such a long and thorough recruitment process. The lack of communication and professionalism speaks for itself.
