I applied for the Client Support Manager role and went through every stage of the process an interview with the recruiter, an interview with the hiring manager, an online test, and a final face-to-face interview. After completing everything, I heard nothing for four weeks. My recruiter then received a short email saying, “Thank you for your interest, but the role has now been filled.” I followed up with Anja and Colin for feedback but never received a reply. It’s very disappointing after investing so much time and effort. It’s unacceptable and disappointing that a company would treat individuals like this after such a long and thorough recruitment process. The lack of communication and professionalism speaks for itself.
