Her attention to detail throughout our mortgage process was outstanding! With us being first time buyers, we were completely overwhelmed with the amount of paperwork and the online portal that our solicitor sent us. If it wasn’t for Michelle, we wouldn’t have understood how to complete parts of the application nor the process , as we were not instructed by our solicitor. I applied for the Client Support Manager role and went through every stage of the process an interview with the recruiter, an interview with the hiring manager, an online test, and a final face-to-face interview. After completing everything, I heard nothing for four weeks. My recruiter then received a short email saying, “Thank you for your interest, but the role has now been filled.” I followed up with Anja and Colin for feedback but never received a reply. It’s very disappointing after investing so much time and effort. It’s unacceptable and disappointing that a company would treat individuals like this after such a long and thorough recruitment process. The lack of communication and professionalism speaks for itself.
