How can I book an initial meeting?

Do I have to pay for an initial meeting?
No, this meeting is complimentary and held at our expense.
What do I need to bring to an initial meeting?
To get the most out of this meeting, please ensure you have details regarding your general income and expenditure together with any assets, liabilities, and existing accounts and policies available for reference.
What happens in the first meeting?
We will take the time to understand what you’re looking for, answer any initial questions, and give you a clear sense of how we may be able to help, with no pressure and no obligation. We’ll talk about the services we can provide and the costs of those services.
How long should I allow for an initial meeting?
We recommend 1-1.5 hours for the initial meeting. The purpose of this meeting is for us to understand your current position and share where we may be able to add value to your overall financial planning in terms of the services that we can offer.
Do I have to sign up to your services at an initial meeting?
No, there is no pressure to sign up to our services during this complimentary meeting. You can go away and think about things before deciding what you’d like to do.
Do you have a female planner I can work with?
Yes, Sarah Jarvis and Natasha Food are available to give financial advice, and Sarah James is available to provide mortgage advice. We also have several female trainee financial planners.
What happens if my financial planner is away on holiday?
As we work together, you will get to know other members of the team, including the client support team. If your financial planner is away on holiday, they’ll be on hand to answer any questions, or we can get in contact with another financial planner at Salisbury House Wealth.
How often will I hear from my financial planner?
Following the initial service and creation of your plan, we will meet with you annually to review your plan. However, we are on hand throughout the year to answer any questions.
Do you offer cashflow forecasting/planning as part of your service?
Yes, cashflow planning is a key part of the service we provide. If you’d like to learn more about how it works and the benefits, please get in touch with the team.
What happens if my circumstances change?
We review your plan annually and we can update it as and when your circumstances change.
Can you work alongside my accountant or solicitor?
Yes, we are happy to work alongside your other trusted professionals.
